Nariman Teymourian

Chairman and CEO, Gale Technologies

Nariman Teymourian has been a CEO and COO for more than 15 years and brings a comprehensive set of proven skills, experience, and education to Gale Technologies. He has also held executive positions in several large companies, including TRW, MicroAge, and Lockheed-Martin. Nariman has extensive government experience as a senior advisor, consultant, and researcher with the U.S. Government's Departments of Energy, Defense, and State and related government agencies such as the RAND Corporation, Council on Foreign Relations, and the World Bank. Nariman has been a lecturer at the University of Southern California, where he taught courses on International Business, Political Science, and Organizational Development.

Bill Martinson

VP of Business Development

Bill Martinson brings to Gale Technologies a wealth of experience in business development, technology licensing, product development, sales, and executive management in technology companies.  Most recently, Bill was a CTO in the Technology Alliance and Ecosystem team at Cisco working with industry leaders in System Integration, Virtualization, Storage, and Cloud Computing.   He also served as vice president of business development for Visualware, ProactiveNet (Acquired by BMC), and Datametrics.  He was also Director of Integrated Solutions for Siemens Pyramid, where he developed storage solutions and systems management software for commercial UNIX systems, and, with business unit responsibility, he recruited and led a team to consistently deliver industry leading storage hardware and software for mission-critical applications.

John Klemm

Vice President of Sales and Marketing

John Klemm, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, brings over fifteen years of successful experience in strategic enterprise sales to Gale Technologies.  His responsibilities include growing the company’s GaleForce software sales, developing partnerships, and increasing visibility and market opportunities.  John joined Gale when the company acquired EdenTree Technologies in 2008 and has recently been named as vice president of sales and marketing for Gale.  At EdenTree, where he served as vice president of sales for five years, John consistently grew revenue year-over-year and significantly expanded the customer base.  Prior to EdenTree, John was director of sales for Ixia and was responsible for expanding its core market in addition to developing the company’s enterprise business.  John has also held sales and technical roles for companies including Spirent Communications, Adtech, Radcom, and Boeing.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Pathy Lakshmipathy

SVP of Engineering

Pathy brings over twenty-five years in software engineering management with diverse experience in environments ranging from small startups to large corporations.  His areas of expertise cover several technology domains including enterprise management frameworks, Internet payment systems, networking software, and operating systems.  Most recently, as SVP of Engineering at ProactiveNet, Pathy established a world-class development center in Bangalore and led all onshore and offshore product development, leading up to an acquisition by BMC Software.  Previously, Pathy has held VP of Engineering and senior management positions at Cybercash, DigiCash, Microtec, and Amdahl.  Pathy holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT, Madras.

Prachi Sharma

Managing Director and Country Manager, India Development Center

Prachi Sharma brings over 18 years of senior engineering and technical management expertise in telecom and networking. Prior to joining Gale Technologies, Prachi led the offshore development center for Accelerated Networks, a developer of multi-service broadband access products.  Previously she was a senior manager for River Run Software Group, where she headed a business unit and worked on a number of telecom application developments. Prachi has also served in management and engineering roles at Hughes Software Systems and at the Indian Defense Ministry's Defense Research Development Organization.  She holds a postgraduate degree in Computer Science from Pune University, India.
