Gale Technologies Reports Record Software Sales in First Quarter of 2010

130 Percent Year-Over-Year First Quarter Growth Highlights the Company’s Move Into Automated Datacenter Provisioning and Orchestration

Gale increased sales of its automated datacenter provisioning and orchestration, lab management, and test automation solutions by more than 130 percent compared to the first quarter of 2009.

Gale Technologies first quarter 2010 highlights include:

Additionally, Gale has strengthened its management team with key personnel hires and promotions throughout the first quarter. John Klemm was named vice president of sales and marketing. Klemm brings over fifteen years of successful strategic enterprise sales experience to Gale. He joined the company in 2008 when Gale acquired EdenTree Technologies.
Bill Martinson joined Gale as vice president of business development. Martinson provides a wealth of experience in business development, technology licensing, product development, sales, and executive management. Most recently, he was the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in the Technology Alliance and Ecosystem team at Cisco, working with industry leaders in system integration, virtualization, storage, and cloud computing.
Pathy Lakshmipathy was hired by Gale as senior vice president of engineering. He has over twenty-five years of experience in software engineering management. Prior to joining Gale, Lakshmipathy was the senior vice president of engineering for ProactiveNet, which was acquired by BMC Software.
